Mr. Hesham has an accomplished senior corporate executive with over 30 years of experience with an international supermajor in the global upstream oil and gas industry. Strong track record of exceeding delivery targets in dynamic and challenging environments, and an ability to transform and lead businesses to greater profitability and sustainability. Proven experience in leading large, complex, and geographically dispersed organizations and managing key stakeholders including senior government officials and partners. Driven by adding value, solving intricate problems, and energizing staff to achieve peak performance.
Mr. Hesham was the Regional President, of BP North Africa, London / Cairo 2014-2020.
