Maridive & Oil Service S.A.E., (49% owner of Al-Mayez Oil and Gas Services Co., Libya, under establishment in accordance with the Board of Directors decisions held on June 21st, 2023) announces the award of a 3-years contract valued at € 29.72 million with Mellitah Oil and Gas Company in Libya. The contract supports exploration and production activities for Mellitah in the Bouri and Bahr El Sallam Fields in Libya. Project execution commences in the first quarter of 2024.
